Through our efficient support and service-oriented approach, we take the pressure off our colleagues so they can devote their full attention to their customers without delay. We also ensure that staff in the IT Workplace Services department deliver services with motivation and efficiency, helping to drive Hapimag’s objectives forward.

To fulfill our mission, we are looking for a competent,  enthusiastic and hands-on team player  to join our IT Team

What you can expect

  • You will lead and develop the IT Workplace Services Team (4–5 staff members) and ensure a high standard of service and effective collaboration
  • You will continuously develop our Workplace Services and the service catalogue, and ensure a consistent understanding of the services
  • You will be responsible for the smooth operation, maintenance and further development of the workplace infrastructure (laptops, printers, mobile devices, etc.)
  • You will work closely with internal IT specialist teams and external partners, ensuring efficient collaboration across all Hapimag Resorts

What you bring along

  • A qualification in computer science and several years’ experience in service desk/workplace services or IT support, as well as several years’ management experience
  • Experience in optimising service processes and in project management, with a focus on AI in the workplace environment and Google Workspace
  • The ability to explain complex technical topics clearly, combining a strategic outlook with a hands-on approach
  • A strong customer focus, initiative, and an awareness of costs and quality
  • Active participation in the 24/7 on-call rota. Willingness to carry out maintenance work outside regular business hours
  • Confident communication in German and fluent English
